Delivery and Returns


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 consecutive days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, you must fill out our returns form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please be sure to identify your order number as you fill out the return form. 

The product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, re-sellable and preferably in its original package.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Please check the list below:

  • Items made to order;
  • Items on sale;
  • Food;
  • Flowers;
  • Newspapers or magazines;
  • Intimate or sanitary goods;
  • Gift cards;
  • Some health and personal care items.

All returns must be made directly to the brand you ordered your item(s) from. Please get in touch with us, so we can provide you with the correct shipping details.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use;
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, for reasons which are not due to our error.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately by filling out the contact form. If we do not receive a refund request within 14 consecutive days after your order has been delivered, we cannot consider the refund.

Please  attach pictures of the damaged item to the form so that we may confirm the damage. If we confirm the defect, the brand from which the product was purchased will organise a collection of the defective order at your address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund gets approved,  it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Depending on your payment type, it can take 15 working days, or more, to appear in your account. If you are waiting on receiving a refund, we kindly ask that you check with your bank first. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Sale items can only be refunded if the item you received is defective or damaged.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange your order, you can email us with a request within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please check the availability of the same or another item and fill out our exchanges form

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the shipping costs for us to send you the new item. Once the returned item has been received, we will send you a payment request for the shipment of the new item. Once the payment has been processed, we will ship your order. 

If the cost of the new item you selected is higher than the returned product, the payment request will include this difference. 

If the cost of the new item is lower than the original returned product, we will refund you the difference.

If the item you received was defective or damaged we will refund you your entire shipping costs and cover your costs of returning the item to us and shipping you the new item. 

All exchanges and returns will be made directly to the brand you ordered your item(s) from, though you have always to contact us in the first place via the exchange form. Please get in touch with us, so we can provide you with the correct address.

EXCHANGING GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you would like to exchange it, you can email us with a request within 14 consecutive days of receiving your order.  Please check the availability of the same or another item and  fill out our exchanges form

All exchanges and returns must be made directly to the brand your item(s) were ordered from. Please get in touch with us, so we can provide you with the correct address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your gift, as well as the shipping costs for us to send you a new item. Once the returned item has been received, we will send you a payment request for the shipment of the new item. Once the payment has been processed, we will ship your order. 

If the cost of the new item you selected is higher than the gift, the payment request will include this difference. 

If the cost of the new item is lower than the gift, we will refund the difference to the person who gifted you the item.

If the item you received was defective or damaged we will refund you your entire shipping costs and cover your costs of returning the item to us and shipping you the new item. 

SHIPPING  (Shipping address for product return)

To return your product please fill out our exchanges form.

All returns must be made directly to the brand you ordered your item(s) from. Please get in touch with us, so we can provide you with the correct address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and customs charges if they exist. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item you received was defective or damaged. In this case we will refund you your entire shipping costs. 

If the item you received is defective or damaged, you have 14 days to notify us. If we do not receive a claim within 14 consecutive days after your order has been delivered to you, we cannot consider the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Boom Festival Bazaar does not guarantee that it will receive your returned item.

If the packaging of your order appears to be damaged at deliveryyou should not accept it. Reach out to let us know immediately if this occurs.
