NOTE: The custom laser engraving must first be approved by the producer. Please send us an email to bazaar@boomfestival.org to request your customisation.
If you order a customised piece without our prior confirmation, you will have the following options to proceed:
– Order the same item with another customisation proposal confirmed by us;
– Order the same item without customisation – we will refund you the extra customisation cost you originally paid for the item (minus transaction costs incurred);
– Receive a Boom Festival Bazaar Voucher with the same value of credit as your order;
– Receive a partial refund (as we must deduct the transaction costs incurred) to be returned to your method of payment.
